After leaving government in 2001, Paul Leiman pursued his career in Forensic Training, Academic Education and Consulting Services. Like the award winning Testifying School that he created and developed for the Federal Financial Institutions Examiners Council to prepare government witnesses for litigation during the savings and loan crisis, Mr. Leiman designed KeyWitness Consulting™ to provide programs and services that are flexible, effective and adaptable.
